Step to use SIM Card (10GB Prepaid SIM card)
How to set up Android
1. Tap on (Settings) from the (App) screen.
2. Tap on the mobile network from the screen.
3. Turn on (mobile data).
Tap on (Access point name).
4. Tap on (Add) at the upper right of the screen.
5. (Edit access point) screen will be displayed.
Enter the following items.

6. Tap on (Others) at the upper right of the screen.
7. Tap on (Save)
8. Tap on (SB).
This completes the network settings.
If you cannot use with Android OS
・Is your device a SIM-free device?
・Make sure that it is unlocked. If it is not unlocked, you cannot use even a Softbank locked SIM.
Please complete the unlock procedure at a shop or the web.
・Is your Android OS the latest?
Please update if it is not the latest version.
Please update by going to [Software Update] from [Terminal Information].
(Update requires a communication environment such as Wifi.)
・Try restarting.
・Does the compatible bandwidth of the device correspond with the SoftBank bandwidth?
You can find this information on the web by searching the model name, model number, etc.
How to set up on iOS
Important 【for iOS】
Setting is unnecessary for iPhones, but please be sure to check the following.
*If the profile of the previously used SIM card is still there before use, please be sure to delete it before using it. Please check the below.
If you cannot use on iOS
・Is the cellular data turned on?
・Is roaming turned off?
Settings ⇒ cellular
・Is 4G turned on?
Settings ⇒ cellular ⇒ cellular data ⇒ Turn on 4G
・Is the SIM card recognized?
Check that the SIM cards is inserted correctly.
*If it is not recognized, it will say "No SIM". SIM slot
・Make sure that your device is SIM unlocked. Please try restarting your device.
・Are there any preciously registered profiles?
Settings ⇒ General ⇒ Profile ⇒ Delete profile
